Walking our Dao: the path of our authentic selves

Chris is offering women a unique and valuable experience. She is bringing East and West philosophies together to create powerful medicine: a journey through the Five Elements with the Goddess in order to facilitate transformation and healing.

There are great wisdoms contained in the traditions of the Goddess and Traditional Acupuncture. The shared heart of both is the reconnecting of our spirit so that we can walk our Dao, the path of our authentic selves, so that we are standing fully in our power with ease and grace and are able to embrace our true destiny. These may sound high ideals but in our materialistic world the simple truth is that at some level we are all searching to return to source and resonate with the Universe as Mother Nature intended.In her workshops, Chris weaves together the experiences and wisdom of the Five Elements and the Goddess.

Each of the Five Elements exists in Nature and we recognise them outwardly as the seasons. Each of the Five Elements associate with the five emotions: grief, fear, anger, joy and sympathy (mothering/the Goddess within). These are also associated with qualities of spirit: virtue, intention, will, purpose, reflection and know-how. Consequently, as human beings, we resonate with the energy of the seasons and recognise the Elements internally within our own energies and life force.

Chris invokes a process of transformation of connecting the power of the Five Elements with our own emotions. She uses many magical ways to bring this about: ceremony, meditation, the Goddess Oracle, music, sharing, teaching, creative work, discussion, gentle movement and simple song. This is all safely held within a women’s sacred circle.
