The Warrior Women came together in brilliant spring weather to celebrate their vision, strength, power and creativity. Chalice Well Gardens were the perfect setting just nestling below the Tor with the waters bringing healing and cleansing.
Warrior Woman The group bonded really strongly and there were some very magical moments. We all brought staffs which we decorated and blessed which clearly held the energy of each woman and became powerful symbols of the growing warrior woman. We shared personal stories both in ceremony and informally around the dining table. There was much laughter and delicious food. We connected with the wisdoms of Wood / Spring energy from the east and west traditions. We decorated our bodies in preparation for a powerful private ceremony beginning with drumming on the meadow with the night skies filled with stars. We went to the Tor both at night and early morning where we were able to gain a bigger picture from the views at the top. We spent time rooting and grounding ourselves and with the trees to gain inspiration and guidance. Each woman was guided through her personal journey by her own particular goddess and the wisdoms from other oracle cards. Finally all the energy was captured in the making of Medicine Shields and affirmation cards for each other. By the end each woman was more clear of her direction and aware of her own unique warrior woman. The photos are here and in the gallery, fell free to leave your comments (click "read more" below):
