Who is Chris?
Chris Morgana Leeson is a woman with a passion. She lives in the Midlands with her photographer daughter. She loves the healing energies of Glastonbury, has been a frequent pilgrim there for many years and has her own caravan situated near to the Old Oaks, Gog and Magog which look out toward Glastonbury Tor. The Isle of Avalon truly emerged out of the mists to illuminate and inspire her forever.Through participating in women's circles and walking the land she has gradually come to know and understand the Goddess in Glastonbury and, of course, the Goddess within herself.
What are her qualifications? Chris originally trained as a social worker and qualified in 1977, specialising in group and community work. She began Traditional Acupuncture treatment in 1984 and soon felt the wisdom of the system pulsing through her own blood calling to her to train in this wonderful and mysterious art. She began her training in 1987 at the College of Traditional Acupuncture. She went on to gain a teaching qualification with Oxford Brookes University and an honours degree in acupuncture with Kingston University. She lectures at the acupuncture college and currently works as a clinical supervisor. She runs acupuncture continuing development courses with Leeson Reynolds Hope Academy. She also holds Reiki Levels 1 and 2. She gave birth to her daughter in 1988, which delayed the finishing of the course but gave her more opportunity to really embody the Five Element teachings as she walked the lanes and fields, accompanied with the great gift of the eyes of a child to help her see the true beauty of Nature which we can so often lose as we rush through life. Walking her path
The ancient wisdom of East and West both inspire and inform Chris’ life. She is in a very unique place of having insights into two different teachings with their particular paradigms which both share the seeds of transformation to the path of the authentic self: to be able to truly embrace the full potential of who we are and to walk our destiny.
